Honestly with how anoying setting it up is i would prefer he released the game without audio and added it later or something, preferiblement he would do the game up until the audio and work on another while waiting but aparently developers are unable to multitask =S (as much as i love Jinsei they are guilty of that, they should advance every meanwhile)
So I just finished playing NT:Ripper's new game https://www.dlsite.com/maniax/work/=/product_id/RJ331787.html and it was great. Pretty good netorase and I loved the scenes. If you enjoyed their previous games then you'll likely love this one. NT:Ripper also made a ci-en (https://ci-en.dlsite.com/creator/10099). Contrary to when they released the first game out of nowhere and immediately went dark for several years after updating said game, this time they seem to be much more talkative. They also mention that they're planning to make more games in the near future and they even talk about future possible scenarios for their next work along with the effort required to make said games. Overall, I see this as a major win for netorase lovers.
Anyways, my actual purpose for this comment is just to type out the entire plot of the game for those who just look up the pictures or those who're still on the fence with whether or not to play the game.

She tells the MC that she's going back to have sex with him and that the MC can peek on them any time. The MC does just that and so he's treated to a show of Aika having sex with Horuto, all while the MC masturbates to the sight multiple times pathetically, only stopping when both Aika and Horuto fall asleep in each others arms, a sight which makes the MC note that they look like couples. The MC goes to sleep in a different room that night. When he wakes up the next day he finds them both still sleeping in his bed and so he goes off to work. While at work he gets a video from Horuto resulting in the MC having to go the his workplace's bathroom to jack off to the video. When the MC reaches home later that night, the door is once again locked and Aika has to once again open it for him, this time its on purpose. This time when she opens the door, her sight is very similar to the previous day but this time she's also wearing a condom on her neck. She also talks about what she's been doing all day and that she tried to make stew but it might not taste as good as it usually does because Horuto was distracting her in the cooking process, and by distracting she means sex. She even mentions that some sexual fluids may have unknowingly found its way in the stew so it may be ruined but the MC agrees to eat it anyway. The MC once again goes to watch Aika and Horuto have sex in his room but he eventually grows tired after ejaculating a few times so he goes to his room to sleep. He's later woken up by Aika who reveals she saw the MC peeking and masturbating to her sex earlier. She then gets him off with a special onahole while taunting him and playing to his masochistic NTR desires. After they're done, the MC takes a nap with Aika. The next day arrives and the MC has a day off so he just witnesses Aika banging Horuto the entire day. Later that night, Aika comes into the MCs room like last time and breaks the no-sex ban that Horuto imposed. While having sex with the MC, she constantly berates him and even ends it with making the MC drink his own cum. At this point she reveals that she wants to end the netorase play and while the MC is saddened, he does agree with her as he believes the entire thing should stay consensual and fun for all members of the play. If Aika doesn't like it anymore then MC agrees they should stop. He does ask her why she wants to stop and she admits that while the sex is way better than the MC, she's spending less time with the MC as a result of it. She did the netorase play to satisfy the MC while also having a bit of fun, but if it results in her not being able to see the MC as much then she wants to stop the play. The next day, they tell Horuto about the end of the play and he takes it very well. He says that he enjoyed it while it lasted and that he actually started to feel a been jealous of the MC since Aika pretty much talked non-stop about him, even during their sex. As he's leaving, he says that he'll keep in touch and that if they ever want to resume the play all they need to do is ask. After that, the Aika gets the MC to go on a date with her every Saturday as a new rule.
At this point, you are presented with your only two choices throughout the entire game. These choices decide the endings. If you choose the first choice, there's a timeskip of several months to Christmas. The MC and Aika have been living a good non-netorase life. The MC did keep all of the videos of his wife and Horuto banging and frequently uses them for getting off but besides that its all fine. On Christmas, Aika goes off to get the MC a present which she assures he will enjoy and when she does return home, she presents the MC with a gift box. The MC readily opens the box only to find a lot of used condoms along with an SD card, presumable containing a lot of cheating videos of Aika. Aika reveals that his present is a good ol cheating report, much to the MC's enjoyment. The MC gets ready to resume his wonderful netorase life with his loving wife.
The other ending has a few months pass by and the MC eventually asking Aika to resume the netorase play. She expected him to eventually ask and agrees to go through with it. Another timeskip of a few months and the MC is sitting at home by himself watching the New Years countdown on TV. While its counting down, he calls Aika on the phone and they count down together while talking about how much they love each other. When the countdown finally hits 0 and the new year begins, Aika starts moaning on the other side of the phone. Its revealed that they waited until the moment the new year started for Aika to restart having sex with Horuto so that he can be the first person of the year to bang Aika. On the phone, Aika talks about how much she missed banging Horuto and the MC rejoices in their renewed netorase lifestyle.
And that's that. Both endings pretty much wind back to similar points and I'm all for it. Aika never really falls and that's to be expected considering NT:Ripper's previous game. Its also pretty obvious how much Aika loves and places her trust in the MC, so it was very unlikely she'd ever be stolen. I don't think my plot summary really sold how much she loved the MC as I skipped over a bunch of her normal conversations with the MC but she doesn't strike me as the kind of persona to be defeated by the dick. Overall a pretty good game.
Lastly, NT:Ripper has mentioned that among their possible future games, a sequel to this game is possible so if you really enjoyed this game and want to see a continuation of it, I suggest you let your voice be heard on NT:Ripper's ci-en page. Also, support them if you have the chance, and that's it.

That's to be expected. I used both Google Translate and Yandex to translate her name and whenever her name popped up it was translated as Aika Harumoto. I did occasionally get Manaka instead but since I saw her name translated as Aika way more than Manaka I just went with the former. Machine translations are inherently unreliable so names and events are bound to be slightly off or outright misinterpreted but I think I managed to convey the plot decently with some occasional errors. Thanks for pointing that out though.
Also would like to thank Potatogod for the summary. Actually the first time i heard about the developer. Its a good netorase story and fleshed out till the end. I love how they add a little bit of femdom it it. Might check out their works later. Afterall, femdom + netorare/netorase is a little bit rare.

It's probably because Aika is a more common reading of those characters but like you said there is three characters in the whole game pretty much so you know who is who. It's not just machine translation that has problems reading Japanese names, for a spoken name there could be many different ways to write it in kanji using the same reading and for a written name there could be many ways to read the same kanji. That's why it is common to see a characters name written in furigana/hirigana when they are introduced. You can fix the problem with Textractor, you can define replacements in the text which is useful for getting the right names in the translated text, which is what I usually do when the translator uses the wrong reading.

I have a tendency to not play the better and longer h-games until I run out of generic ones and/or don't cum for a week or so. After that I read the best game available, reading it like a plotge without skipping text as I usually do with "fap vns". This is why I didn't read the latest game of one of the best NTR developers - Jinsei Tsuukoudome - until now. Egao no Riyuu is my new favorite - it's even better than Honto no Kimochi.

After two experimental games Shinki Itten (the author), at last, made a proper netorare game. And it didn't disappoint. Honestly, the main heroine here is better than most heroines in nakige and moege vns. She's close to perfection both in terms of personality and looks. She is a senpai who looks like an oppai loli and teases the protag in a very sexy way, while also being a bokukko - ccccombo! Also, interestingly enough, there's a Good End (it's shorter than the main route, obviously, but still decent enough) where she doesn't cheat in this game and an alternate End where she confesses to the MC after being raped, then they have a happy end - she doesn't even return to the NTR guy, lol. Honestly, I believe that this author would make a great story-focused visual novel if he ever tried. Too bad it's not as profitable as making nukiges and there's always a risk to get bankrupt - this happened to many plotges developers.
The only thing to complain here is that there's no proper h-scene of cheating if you choose "protagonist view only". The scenes of the MC catching a girl as she cheats or getting a video sent to him are my favorites, usually. Or I'd love it if the game's structure was like in most Atelier Sakura games where you can choose if you want to view a girl's point of view before each cheating scene. After reading the romantic part of the story I don't like to see corruption, I prefer to be "ignorant" just like the protag until it's too late and the girl is completely corrupted already.
By the way, the latest game from Avantgarde is a proper netorare with decent romance as well.

Will there really be an english patch planned for 5day ASMR? Can someone confirm? If there will, then I'll wait for that one before diving into it
The 5 day ASMR is a bit weird. All the Japanese outside of the voiced parts are pretty broken so it's a bit painful to play and try to read. Might be one of those games where I'd prefer to play in English instead of Japanese.

I take it you never bothered checking out the dev's ci-en page? He posts every update in Chinese, Japanese and English. On the topic of whether the game will have an English version he said just a few days ago that, and I quote, "Of course it will!". Though I don't know just who will be doing the translation.
Personally, I'm very much enjoying the game so far. I'm doing what the dev suggested and playing it only a day at a time (so I've just finished the third day) and it's definitely somewhat of a challenge to hold on... The little game with her whispering from each direction was great ASMR, and the heroine's magical doubles are delightfully mean. The second day ASMR too, where they try and goad you into losing and tease you about what she was getting up to with Bob, was fantastic. The mystery scenes are really good as well, if somewhat short, and the little conversations with Bob only make it better; though I do wish the NPCs would've had more dialogue reflecting one's progress to complement the mystery. The grind isn't too bad either, combat wise, and does a decent job building up the expectation for the night scene. People should definitely show such a hard-working dev (that weird meltdown aside) some love.
I did bother, though I still needed confirmation since I don't have enough time to check out every titbits to see how plausible the information is. But thanks for the info anyway, I'll be waiting for the EN patch then
Yeah, I get the limitations - it's still a bit of a weird experience to try to play through, with some Chinese-only kanji mixed in with Japanese.
