According to that NTR blog post the girls can get pregnant from the customers and sex stats are tracked but I don't really think there is any NTR in this game judging by my quick playthrough and the lag of NTR tags on the reviews for the game.

I had a quick download and playthrough myself and basically part of the the game revolves around using a brothel to make money like 死神娼館, but the h-scenes with the brothel customers don't seem to tie into the rest of the game at all so there isn't any NTR there, also there isn't any NTR tags in any of the reviews for the game so it's not an NTR game.

Tbh, the one artist that I really want to see create a full blown series of NTR is https://exhentai.org/tag/mogudan. He does NTR, but only very very light NTR. I really love those type of menu screens that compare the sexual statistics of the protagonist and antagonist, and the unique sprites where she has cum left on her after various points is a great touch too. Yeah i can't beleive the elf game got translated, i think it had 3 routes and only 1 was so so, the other not even that really, but if it helped to bring this one and it doe slook better then that is ok

They also stated that there is a lot more NTR content than what was initially planned. Though NTR wasn't meant to be the focus of the game. Still- it will have a lot of NTR scenes anyway.

The last game from Atelier Sakura did have an interesting premise (MC secretly spying on his cheating gf) and nice heroine design (sporty and tomboyish), but in the end, it was a great disappointment. All sex scenes are too rapey (even completely consensual ones), there is just not enough build-up (MC doesn't even fuck his gf at any point in the story) and, the most important to me, the voice acting was really annoying, lol.

It's a very common practice in serialized manga to make changes before printing it in book form, redrawing backgrounds, retouching characters, adding extra content so the book gains appeal to the buyer that already read all the chapters. As for changing the content (lines, framing, etc) he did mention in that postscript page that he believes he went a little overboard with the changes and whoever feels like comparing can look old chapters up online since it's very easy to find, but said nothing about a sequel or anything like that.

I don't know how you get to that conclusion, I had to assume you didn't read my full post, or read it and only focused on one part and ignoring the rest. I'll copy it below so you can read it again:
Toaru Hahaoya series are my favorite games of all time. It also has almost unanimous praise from this community. Do you think that's dark? It's really light-hearted, but it still has a powerful NTR feeling. Toaru Hitozuma 2, also from Rascou, has one of the sweetest endings I've seeing in NTR, it almost seem like the ending of a ROM-COM not a NTR title, but that game is still pretty good NTR wise. If ANIMTEAMM want to do Netorase with light hearted feeling and happy ending, by all means! Please! But don't make a mistake, the fact that some people didn't like their last game has little to do with it being light or dark.

That was my last post on Jan 1st before I became distracted. It's too late for that Clockup game Boku to Kanojo no Midara na Utage and I don't remember it well anyway, though it won't stop me from commenting on it as if I do...but it was better than ANIM's story wise despite being a nukige.
Everyone else said their part about TaninBou a month+ ago, which is why this post is relatively pointless but I'll proceed anyway and echo earlier platitudes. It's an excellent straight swapping game, probably 1 of the better one in its genre. Unfortunately, that targeted audience understandably is not me. I'm picky but perfectly happy with various NTR types done properly, especially netorase or mystery/stealth or back-stabbing, and this was too vanilla for me.
Despite that, it's my 1st ANIM game to fully 100%. Production quality was great, I loved Suzuka/Ayase's attitude (instantly 1 of my favorites), seiyuus, etc. The "bad" ending with the closet was super, super hot and waaay too short (and not even a heroine POV?). After that the game is too same-y in scenario despite being a super long route.
That's really what disappoints me. With some tweaking this could be a stellar game. Their earlier title BokuDakare, which is strictly netorase, has its flaws but nobody can argue that it did not have very inventive scenes. I didn't really enjoy that game, but it had tons of ero power and creativity for its medium / competition that could be appreciated. Conversely, TaninBou only has the closet and hotel scenes as clear standouts.
Returning back to Midara, it similarly edges TaninBou plot wise. Note: Midara is based on a Syosetu novel ("Me and Her Nasty Feast" per MTL), which I haven't read yet - https://novel18.syosetu.com/n1654ds/
What advantage does Midara have? Creativity and nastiness where all characters are eventual participants. In comparison, Noa is immediately identifiable as a weak point -- present to highlight how much more experienced/better Rintarou is, but also to scream out that Kazuto has a much fatter cock to conveniently balance out the power dynamics in a slightly bland way.
There's so much missed potential with just a little bit of tweaking. I don't mean in the form of injecting NTR routes since that's not the game's intent, but unless something is lost given the obvious language barrier that will butcher understanding, even simple changes to the swapping dialogue to space out the length-vs-girth back and forth which often lost effectiveness due to formulaic tedium, enforce true 1-sided jealousy more often (for both male characters), have Noa be proactive and not a figurative doormat, more nakadashi play earlier, etc., would go a long way.
With all that said, I'm still very glad to have played it.
"Consensual defloration" is rare and Ayase teasing Kazuto with "let's save your first time until after marriage" after he has masturbated his brains out in a corner of the closet to her being thoroughly ravished in slutty lingerie is a God tier premise. DLC please!

I think you're right in terms of art, it's pretty damn solid. However, I found the gameplay to be very lacking as there is not really much agency that you have as a player to break the girls. If you're going into a route, you're doing it because you want her to break. As such, the control I have over how much of a slut she has, and who she fucks, makes the whole NTR experience predictable and boring.
Yes, the scenes were well done. I played 2 of them, and I'll take the schoolboy as an example. She basically falls for the most BS scheme, and becomes a slut who loves the cock of a person who she hates in about 2-3 scenes. There is a serious lack of mature writing, and any sort of agency for you as the MC to intervene. (Other than, well, don't start the route in the first place). You're pretty much watching a visual novel and being a voyeur, instead of NTR.
I think a lot of people forget that NTR means having someone you love taken from you. Not, the girl that you have a crush on found another dude. There needed to be more character development between the two in order for it to matter and hurt. It's why games from 10 years ago are still rated highly by this forum. Because we know that good writing, believable plot, and unpredictability is a key to strong narrative.
If I only want to watch pretty things and jerk off, I can do it with other mediums. I play NTR games to experience, have agency you don't get in hentai manga / porn, and to make decisions that feel relevant and satisfying.
I think the game can be a solid 7/10, definitely better than the rest in terms of graphics, and quantity of scenes. But lacking in all aspects of a "game".
I would say that the game is really solid and I liked it much more than Homestay. There is no wife NTR in this game though (husband barely exists), so IDK why you compared to Homestay. It is pure mother ntr and it is done right. It is more classic than recent Anim games.
