Try these 2 things: shorten the route to the game (game folders) or just change them, i once had a similar problem because the route's name was too long and another where the characters weren't recognized for some reason. Ifthat doesn't work use the set up exe to install it on your pc.

I kinda like the artstyle honestly- it doesn't bother me. Their most recent title "kanae" was interesting enough. Anyone know which version we need to try this translation though? I know it's for 3.2 but does it work for 3.1?

Holy shit, as if I wasn't excited enough about this title... Especially the Gyarufication puts it over the edge for me. Can't wait!
There's a guide that is mostly complete back where your sister(Tsubame) is at the warriors village. Where the game starts in a chest that needs a code.. The code is 33102- It will give you a book to read that is just like the adventurers guide but has branching paths. It's not translated real well but it should give you the gist of some choices you need to make to see some events.
Just going to add- currently following that guide for that route.. Keep multiple saves- and only save when you KNOW you're on it. Every choice the guide tells you 100% matters. If you fail even one choice you're off the path forever. For instance when it tells you to say "remain here" > "Lets go together" at Goddess Shrine- If you choose Lets Go Together- you fail. You must say remain here first to continue the route.. It's very specific- all i'm saying. I'm currently about 3 hours using x10 speed following this route(could have done it in like 1:30 but i've been making sure im not missing things and also getting the game over CGs- I can upload a save if anyone loses their progress by accident later.
Also for those who can understand a bit of japanese- if you use the helping guide you can turn on back route explanation which gives you a constant notification at the top that tells you what you next need to do in order to stay on the route.
Also for those with older versions than 3.2- I suggest getting new version. Many route paths bugged without it. And for those that viewed the cgs in the system folder and think that's all the scenes- you're very wrong. It doesn't include the animated scenes or the new version scenes. There's actually quite a bit of good content here if people have the patience to do the whole route.

Green font is 100% necessary and you will fail the route if you ignore it- it must always be done in order as well. Pay attention to this the most
Red font is optional for Hentai route but it will still give you scenes if you do it(only if you're still on the H-route.. ) This includes mostly game overs but it also
Yellow font is choices or just things added to make your life a bit easier.

You need to go to the hill and have 2 dialogue options with her before going to get the Crystal. So it's the hill north of the town(from the town- not outside) with 2 dialogue choices- then leave the town and go north to the shrine and jump into the light- after getting the crystal you'll have 2 dialogue options again. You must first say "remain here" then "lets go together"- This was the example I used for how specific the games guide is because I probably did the same thing you did. After leaving the shrine you can warp back to the warriors village(where game starts)- Talk to Tsubame and get the mysterious scene flag. You need to pick the top choice and then sleep in the house and she'll leave at night and do things... then check the windows. If you actually see the scene then you've done everything beforehand in the H-route correct. If you don't see the scene and only get text then you've messed up before this point. After waking up and asking her if everything is okay and seeing the scene- THEN you'll find Talom in the bottom left house in Neva.
After that scene- Anna leaves on her own. Follow her outside and go to the store to buy Goddess' protection. Then go back to Talom and you should see Farni in the doorway who sizes up Anna when she shows up a little after you.
I had Tsubame curtain scene. And after that I did not saw any Talom in Neva.
Do you have any save before that ?

2. Talk to the kid outside the main girls house and look through the window until you see the scene. Do not go inside house before hand. (ecchi scene)
First dungeon-

3. After main girl joins your party permanently, talk to the lady standing at the door of a house BEFORE leaving town. (important talk)
4. Go east to the bridge and meet the swordsman before heading to back to second town and going to it's dungeon. He'll join you in second dungeon.
Second dungeon-
If swordsman is in your party, you'll get a full body standing cg of heroine.
Forth town-
Take up squirrel girl's request.
Third dungeon-
if you're still on true, the boy squirrel will sexually harass heroine. Make sure to find the npc's brother and give her the item from here.
Hometown-
Event with sister, any choice is fine.
Fifth town-
Talk to guy on far right and take up request. Also talk to guy inside Inn and take up his request.
Lakeside Inn-
Inside the inn you'll get the chance to take care of the guy from the fifth town request. Talk to bartender after killing the two thugs. Talk to the girl and guy at bar.
Desert area-
Look for a faint blue area and go towards it, this will lead you to a fairy village. If you gave the girl in the third town a healing item she wants she'll give you a flower, giving this flower to one of the fairies will net you the swimsuit for the heroine.
Deserted city-
Check bodies for adult ticket then do story stuff.
Lakeside Inn-
With the adult ticket, go into the adult area and talk to the guy behind the counter (SAVE BEFORE YOU GO INSIDE, the game remove your ability to save after you enter) talk to him and choose the second option. Go into the room and pay the girl 1k for some fun (not). In the special dungeon there's a chest that gives you a membership card. Get that asap and then enjoy making as much money as you possibly can.
Fifth town-
You now have a membership card so you can get pass the guards! Head to the pool and examine it. When talking to the heroine choose both first options ("Put swimsuit on!" and "You look great"). You can view her in her swimsuit whenever you examine the pool, see it as much as you like cause you'll lose the swimsuit later. Go inside mansion and buy whatever gear you can afford. Everything here is top level gear. If you're confident talk to owner and fight his assistant for the best weapon for main character for a looooooong time.
Fourth dungeon-
If you're on the normal path, when you get to the boss your female conrade will have taking a fatal blow. If you're on the true path, should would have been raped beforehand and her clothes scattered around. You'll get a ecchi scene after beating boss also if you're on true path. Make sure to talk to the guy in fifth town you got the request from. The raped girl who died was his lover.
Hometown-
Battle scene with sister.
Forest-
If you're on true path, there'll be an ecchi scene here. After you regain control go through the forest until you find a house. Go inside and talk to the lady, choose the first option and then talk to her again. After you leave the main girl will think back to her interactions with the main bad guy, your female conrade, and the raped girl IF you're on the main path.

After talking to the blonde leader and getting the key, talk to him again and choose the second option (Saying no that you're not dating heroine) then I think first option? (basically agreeing with him that her breasts are big).

Near the end of dungeon, before you reactivate teleporters, talk to the main girl twice on second time choose either first or second option.
Island-
If you're on true, heroine will put on swimsuit. Also if you're on true, you'll have an ecchi scene where suit is torn.
Seventh town-
Go to house with baby and see scene. tell heroine she'll be a great mother. Go to hill up north and during scene choose last option and then second option. ("No")
Goddess shrine-
Goddess will tell heroine to stop her adventure here or a terrible fate will befall her. tell her to stay then say let's go together.

Head back to lakeside inn, buy swimsuit and go to pool in fifth town to see sister in swimsuit.
