Just add it in exclusions on where you install you're cracked games. That way it won't detect or bother scanning it.

When first using the crack to install and run the game. Just have the anti-virus, avast!, stop or disabled. Then enable it after.

Man I had Avast. It is almost as Bad as Norton when it comes to giving false positives. I got Malwarebytes and have never looked back. Plus I get all my adult content from 1 place only. You could try and guess which place is it, but I will never tell.
