im still unsure on whether or not im ever gonna be able to bring myself to read all those rules...just looking them over real quick gives me a headache...

i find it funny that 1 person is 19, they must have been kept down at school twice and must be really stupid.... 18 is ok because there can be 2 reason, they failed or because they were born in december
 
Lol hmm.. what if their country makes them go to school later/has a different system?~ Or maybe its race problems~
 
Where I am it is pretty normal for people to turn 18 before they graduate.
 
according to current laws in my country the graduates of senior high school will be around 18 and 19
 
but technically it is possible for the setting since in Dangan Ronpa there was one character who was 21 after failing four times.
