Nope, Arthur is male, Arturia is female, so Kou is right it is King Arthur. Nonetheless Saber does refer herself as the King of Knights, thus my name King Arturia
 
Well, gender confused Japanese are nothing new, even if Arthur was British. :p
 
Well back in Arthurian Legends, it is hard to accept a female as their country leader, hence Arturia deliberately hide her gender

@kingarturia: No, that's in FSN. In the original Arthur was undoubtedly a male.
 
Of course, that's why I referred it as the Arthurian legend (Timeline) and back in that time it is hard for a country to accept a female leader. Well to be honest it is hard for a country to accept a female leader now, let alone back then
