Well, there are two kinds of flags: the blue for the Second Class Tagger and the yellow flag First Class Tagger (what I've) - You're getting these in the you at your thread(s) in [Tags for this Thread] box (scroll down) to the thread related tags giving - e.g. at an anime thread give/add you the tag Anime or at an LPW thread the tag Spam or LPW. At Second Class you've more than 1 tag to your thread give (per thread max. 10 tags are allowed), at First Class more than 25.
