It took that dancing gif for me to figure out that that was a vocaloid, and then google image search to find out that she was IA

but character was first uploaded in early 2012 on deviantart and the name of the game is almost the same as character name 2 years ago....

The (original?) name of character is TDA IA. She's a 3D model, that's why there is a lot of animated videos on youtube if you search (TDA IA for example)...... And to your surprising the name of game is IA/VT (~2 years later)
