anyway, just to clarify, there is no "outside" in this situation, or rather the entire school is in a lock down until someone "graduates" or somehow discovers the "mastermind" and allow everyone to escape? The train goes in a loop for dorm A to school then to dorm C and then D? By which the entire rotation takes 1 phase to take place? Also, one cannot spam the use of rare medals or rather rare medals can only be used a certain number of times within a certain number of phases?
 
I think the rare medals can be used as long as you can get your hands on them to use them xD

Well sint did say he was busy and disappeared in the middle of the game... =w=
