How to change an Icon (Window)

1. Right Click on Folder or Shortcut then choose Properties this window will appear (Pic)
2. Click Tap Customize and click at Change Icon. You will see a lot of window default Icon and click at Browse... (Pic)
3. Browse to directory that your Icon store (EX. D:/Icon [.ico]/MyIcon/Koi Iro Sora Moyou/Kanou Kayoko) choose your Icon and click OK ^^- (Pic)

How to make Icon XP Bigger than usual

It's a bit unfortunate -- I had hoped more members of a forum like this would be interested in these icons -- they're pretty amazing if you want to "weeabo-ify" your desktop looks.

Also, a little question: while some of those icons might've had a transparent background right from the start, you did erase the background (render/extract the images out of the background) prior to converting them into .ico files, right? Do you still have the rendered images in their original sizes, before they were made .ico files? (They must be originally much larger than 32x32, right.)

I could find a lot of use for such resources as nicely-rendered/extracted chibi images...

Yes, I have do it in original size, and before convert to .ico file it's larger than 32*32, the size is around 325*325 (Ex. Pure Girl original size before convert to .ico file is 782*879)
I also store .psd file / .png file and .ico file separately. Did you want my .psd file ?

At first I will give you only .png files but I think when you want to edit or a little adjust maybe troublesome then I decided, I should give the whole .psd files for anyone who want to edit or adjustment.

2 characters at the bottom I cannot do anyting about it, then it make 034+035 have only 15 Icons.

I see. I'm fine with just the .png files, though, because what I need are the rendered chibi images themselves. And I don't use them as icons (that'd be cute, but I like my desktop's look and feel as it currently is -- a professional feel). However, as a designer for fun, I could definitely find many uses for such pretty, rendered chibi images.

Just last night I made some sort of infographic with many of the chibis included (unfortunately, it's for staff use, so I can't show you). Your resources definitely saved me the time; I could've very well spent twice the time I took to make the image if I had to render everything myself.
