When I refer to a Japanese characters in an English article such as wiki or on topic should I use the same (family)surname-name or re-arrange to English style ? (This affect the index system of course)

I don't know, maybe if I have time? Althought first i would have to check if there is indeed new stuff compared to what is already around.
Btw there are also a lot of icon, menu items and backgrounds i did not include in that torrent.

If you want to try yourself here is tge program https://github.com/morkt/GARbro/releases just unzip, run the exe and go to the game folder, right click on the dat file (usually 4,5 and 6 contain data) and select extract, select a destination and look at it go :)

Man this is amazing dude. Rinko's mother is holding a gun? The yellow ribbon on Ai's sister? So much unused secret stuff. Makes you wonder what's in the other games? Have you tried it out on some of the others like Goku or Kyou?
