Cuz for me I somehow randomly got it

He say you have to beat his average post per day to get 100% acitivity
Since you are 99.4% you have 6th highest post per day I think ~

Not quite right~ Average posts is what determines the spam king but activity can be gotten from stuff other than just posts :3 Its just that the surest way to get 100% would probably mean passing me in posts~ Not sure what contributes to activity exactly :/
