can anyone help translate this message?

i get it when trying to install a number of smaller games. thanks for help on this.

It says the game is already installed and you have to uninstall any earlier version of the game first.

Don't know how to fix it though.
 
It's just normal notification...like Frank said, the game is installed and if you have earlier version of that game, uninstall it.
