Thanks! The waitress category on Sankaku has proven to be amazing, possibly even a match for the venerable maid category. I've only scratched the surface of the 9000+ images there, and while I was searching for an answer to your question I came across plenty more that I would've used as well, including a Silvia van Hossen one!

The image at chan.sankaku didn't state which series it was from, but a Google search and some extra searching turned up a character profile version that matches Kinoshita Rumi from Welcome to Pia Carrot, Cocktail Soft's 2007 VN. Next month I'm doing a different theme with a different set of girls, and I've already found a few I like.
