Can't say much this time round either as I have only watched Date A Live and from the video clips I've seen both Lucy and Kurumi share similar "ghost arms" powers... but Kurumi can control time to some extent.

Do you know why she's killing people and 'absorbing' them? She wants to go back to the past and kill the first spirit that appeared on earth
Don't know if it will stop other spirits from coming to existence, but apparently there's a life before a person becomes a spirit
