According to Aarin Fantasy, Omerta CODE: TYCOON game request thread, someone did order the game but will not be getting the game until after January 6th. AmiAmi the company whom the person ordered the game from seems busy with end of year inventory. http://www.amiami.com/

The game was just released on December 27th (Friday)...if the buyer is not in Japan then shipping can take anywhere between 5 to 15 business days depending on how it was shipped and the final destination.
