Also also, I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but it appears that the attachment servers n1-4 are down on K site. You can no longer download anything. It is probably the end, and it was already struggling ever since latter half of March. It is possible the feds got the admin, but were perhaps unable to get the server and domain for some reason, thus leading to this. RIP to that.
