You can no longer download anything. It is probably the end, and it was already struggling ever since latter half of March. It is possible the feds got the admin, but were perhaps unable to get the server and domain for some reason, thus leading to this. RIP to that.

I am unaware. However, if he was found by the feds of any country or mercenaries or whoever, I can only imagine he would get life in prison if not worse. This is why you have a fallback person in case things go wrong and not do a one-man show. The source code is probably gone forever too, besides Kemono3 which is super old.
