mmh, you could say so.. they are all used as weapons after all.

an example: screaming mantis' village was attacked when she was young. she escaped into a torture chamber and hid there, but the screams haunted her. to survive she also had to eat the corpses and drink dirty water. and in order to not break down, she became a killing machine, i guess.
