@ Rennie I suggest watching it, I find it to be one of the best short series anime I've seen.

Special cookies? I don't think I'd be able to add any 'special' ingredients but I would bake them with you in mind since I've learned cooking is about the heart...though that could be said for anything. And professional taste testers would probably brush this aside Maybe I'll make chocolate chip using dark chocolate and vanilla.

@ Sam, I never get any exercise done before I sleep when I have friends over. So I usually do as much as I can in the morning/afternoon. Is the shoulder hurting from over exercising or from sleeping in an awkward position? I hope you sleep well then Sam. If the pain persists the next day, I suggest either having it checked or going to a swimming pool as it helps to relieve muscle pain.

All right. I've also had a few pains on my body when I started out, but over time, you body gets used to working on the same regime and the pain disappears. I have heard that some people with explosive power in their arms can get should pains because the shoulder isn't strong enough to support it. Though you wouldn't know until you continuously punch something.
