Well, never tried VLC, you got any good links for it? And of course my is a Blu-Ray drive ;) My computer have a Super Multi Blue drive mounted on xD

No, it doesn't come with anything that play Blu Ray since back 3 years ago (my I got my computer), Blu Ray isn't exactly popular and PS3 does the jobs, now that Blu-Ray is popular it might do, but not for me no :/

oh, i jst read that vlc doesnt even support blu rays.. but apparently its possible to get it to work anyways:

^ the first link is for two things you need other than vlc player (<-- you can just google the player. its free.)
there is a discussion about this in the second link.

but it looks like a hassle, and even then it wont support all blu rays.

another option would be PowerDVD. that seems to support blu rays..

just wait for someone, who can give you a definite answer~

To play original Bluray, CyberLink PowerDVD is the option I use, it's not free, but it works, and you can pirate it easily

Edit: I don't think there's any free bluray playback software

are the other commercial alternatives but I haven't used it, can't tell.

PowerDVD do the job solid for me
