Anime dvds/bd are too expensive. I do buy merchandise that i love, some eroges, mangas, light novels and anime dvd series like clannad.

Animes dvds is the only thing I don't buy. And yeah, they are expensive.

Mostly is novels and mangas. Nothing beats reading manga in book form XD
