Need some help here. How do I translate the name of these person?

アナスタシア
アレクセエーブナ
イディナローク
These fucking names are from Russia or somewhere, not English name. This is quite a pain. Hope someone can help me to get the correct name. Damn, why can't the japanese adopt the whole alphabet leters to write these name?

アナスタシア = Anastasia
アレクセエーブナ = Alexe'evna
イディナローク = Idinarog

「シ」は上向きで、「ツ」は下向きで。。。私も二つをよく混同する。さらに悪いことに、私の筆跡は下手で、たいてい書き順を忘れて二つを同じように書いてしまいます。 :/
