Fixed Late (some of) Quote and mention notification?

I have observed that this is happening to me for the past 2 weeks or so (~ 2-6 hours delayed quote notification)... It seems that you don't receive (some of?) notification and Quote/Mention also doesn't appear inside your profile under Quotes/Mentions tab.
But it's actually unsteady since it worked fine just a few days ago and i thought that is fixed but thanks to birthday thread it doesn't seems so. And if you look at other profiles it seems that this doesn't apply to all qoutes/mentions and only some of them?

So at the time of writing some of people still didn't receive mentions from birthday thread and it's 2 days already.

Weird, I can't seem to replicate the problem. It may have something to do with our caching system. We'll look into it.

In the meantime, would you be so kind as to provide links to what you know as affected profiles as well as unaffected ones?

Ah again...? But this time I've on my side not this problem, but I'll a eye keep on that...

We've temporarily disabled caching for mentions and quotes. This should alleviate the problem by preventing mentions and quotes from appearing late.

We consider this a temporary fix, however, and will observe whether or not the lack of caching for those areas will prove to be taxing on our servers.
