Kud wafuta error problem (H-Visual novel)

ok, so after waiting about 10 hours to download this all 8 part. i extracted the first part as i always do inside that was 4 more parts i again extracted the first part(inside there was a 4GB mdF) i then used daemon tools to mount the mdS as i usually do.
No problems so far.
I then run the the first autorun file in the main shell(aslmm or something) i get 2 small error prompts about the ico (as normal i just ignore it) after i get the main install screen i pick the button on the left for install and i install the game in the key folder with the other 4 visual novels (kanon, clannad, little buster, tomoto after if your wondering :p) after that it installs i get prompted 3 things about dirextX(i ok all 3) and sends me back to the install screen with more options so i pick the start (the new option, second form the middle top). It then runs the reallive.exe but this time i get a real error making em not able to play. the image is here

the button sends me to the support page in japanese (not fluent in japanese so i cant read everything it wants)

sorry will, i wasnt 100% sure where i should have put this so i chose the first option and i guess i was wrong...and patch or crack? there wasnt a patch for it as far as i know. Where do i get the patch?

run this inside the folder that has REALLIVE.exe inside.

then just run the REALLIVE.exe you can make a shortcut out of it and change the icon if you wish~
