Devil's Cake is practically a name for a kind of rich, moist and very luscious chocolate cake. I don't really know what country it originated from though. Probably got its name for being so extravagant and delectable.
Not to be mistaken with the ones used on unholy and demonic worships where real infant flesh is used. =_="
