Importing Blurays

I know that the PS4, and PS3 are both region free, and that you can import games and play them. I am wondering if that works for bluray movies as well? For instance, if I import a Japanese, or European bluray movie will it play on my US PS4 console? Thanks.

Apparently only if it's multiregional, you have to check on the bluray itself.

Japan is also region A, so those should work fine.
