OK, lemme talk about my favourite:

Anime

1. Macross - all of them, including Macross II, which considered parallel universe, but don't relate Macross with Robotech. Robotech is an abomination. I hate it and I hate Harmony Gold for owning it.
2. Animes that have mecha in them, except for Gundam - period. I don't like the idea of heroes giving uber mecha to fight regular soldiers in weak standard mecha. That's just ain't fair, IMO
3. Sci-fi anime that don't have mecha, but still interesting, like Legend of the Galactic Heroes.
4. Animes about school/college/university life, and it doesn't have to have love story in them.
5. Those with good storyline, like Fruits Basket.
6. Those with good songs/music in them, like Fruits Basket - R.I.P. Ritsuko Okazaki.
7. Last and not least, HENTAI, especially those with Imouto-chan theme(doesn't have to be real sister). Does that make me a pedo or a loli?

Visual Novel

1. That's a lil' bit hard, coz most...no, all that I've read/play was from those ero games. My fav was Kana ~Little Sister~

Manga

1. Aa! Megami-sama
2. Fruits Basket
3. Cat Shit One a.k.a. Apocalypse Meow. I'm still looking for CSO '80
4. GTO & it's prequel Bad Company
5. Ichigo Mashimaro
6. Pretty Face (I recommend you read it, super hillarious)
7. Chobits - Chii is just super kawaii, make you wanna hug her like a cute lil' puppy
8. MegaTokyo - if webcomic count as well
9. Chokotto Sister - too bad the site where I get my dose of this manga have long since cease to exist anymore. Lemme know if there's site that have this manga.
10. Doujinshi - all type except futanari, yaoi and shit.

Music

1. Anime soundtrack
