How do I install games? Newbie question

First thing is to check if your system is set to japanese.
The setting is found under Region and Language, administrative tab then change the system locale to japanese.

With the game i see you have extracted the files form the .ISO Move the files you have extracted into a new folder and name it something as i do find that some games wont install if the folder has japanese text.

if that does not work next thing would be download DAEMON Tools Lite and install it.
Then mount the .iso of the game and try and install it from there.
