Just get PRETTY×CATION ずっと初恋の日々エディション (released February 2018), it includes all the appends already.
I don't remember if it includes birthdays though, if not I can upload them somewhere.

Not that I know of. According to VNDB there's a patch in progress for Lovely x Cation 2 but I know nothing about its current progress.
The Japanese in these games is usually relatively simple though, and for Pretty x Cation 1&2 especially, the writing is very straightforward (to a fault...). Machine translations should be able to do a decent job if you're willing to give it a try.
