Do you prefer owning otome games physically or digitally?

I always prefer having a physical copies. But these days, the download version often offers discounts, so I often buy the DL too.

I prefer physical because I want to be able to own a game for as long as I want without worrying about losing access to it because the digital game store shut down. Also, I can easily sell the game if I no longer want it

Physical copies all the way. The PS3 PSV store shutdown breaks my heart. I have looots of PSV digital games.
Never trust a digital only store.

It's a pain when you can't buy a game like that when you really want to...

most of my copies are digital as i tend to buy it on sale i tend to buy physical when there is a limited edition i want or just out of impulse

I prefer physical game collecting, especially my favorite titles. If there's a limited edition, I'll definitely buy it. Besides playing it, I can also cherish it. Some covers and bonus items are fantastic.

Video games are convenient to collect, not afraid of damage, and don't take up much space, but they lack the real feeling (the sense of fulfillment).

I can only accept digital versions of games, unless they are very old.

I only have digital due to convenicence, but I think the option to have physical games is important since it allows games to not be lost media and it allows people to actually own what they buy. Also, just take a look at Sony deciding to cut out physical discs. Might as well get a PC or laptop instead of a PlayStation console at this point.

I think buying it on digital is alot more cheaper because of the nintendo shop sale, So digital.

I choose the cheaper option. However, if the digital version does not allow for local storage, I choose the physical version.

One reason is that swapping game cartridges or discs can be a hassle
That said, I do have some concerns about how long digital purchases will remain available. If I accidentally delete a game after the download service has been discontinued, I wouldn't be able to download it again

I almost always buy the package version.I think downloadable versions have plenty of advantages—they're easy to store and don't take up space. However, I still have a real attachment to the package version I've been used to for so long.
It feels a bit sad that things have largely shifted to digital versions these days

I think the physical copy is better; if you don't like it after playing it, you can always sell it secondhand.
