Not very noticeable on phone, but in a laptop 4K looks sharper... not a good enough bonus if memory space is your priority, so go for a 720/1080 version, or use handbrake for conversion... heck, there are some 1080p vids with 2GB+ size, so converting to lower the bitrate is a good option.

some people have a 1PB home fileserver with a cinema 8k living room screen that they use full wall height and enjoy their sexdance nutting sessions.

A lot of those artists have a barrage of blank videos, in general I noticed that a huge number of the more "pushy" MMD were just purged no matter the date of making.
I tried checking if it was a platform issue, maybe through nicozon listing or nicolog but alas.
