じろじろis a mimetic word used when someone stares at someone else
ばれるmeans to be found out (something that you shouldn't be doing)
ちゃった is a contraction of てしまった
be sure to look at how to use the form ~てしまう to express emotion

いっけね. this is my guess, but i believe it's supposed to be the colloquial form of いけない
