This is a sentence from 1/2 summer. The sentence just doesn't make sense to me.

The guy just arrived in town and he gets on the bus to go to the INN. A girl from the inn is on the bus. She looks at him and say ah... in a happy girl sort of way. This is part of the protagonists inner monologue.

いっけね,じろじろ見たのがバレちゃったか?

might be confusing because it's in colloquial form.
in a more formal..? way, it would be: いけません。じろじろ見たのがばれてしまいましたか。
which can be roughly translated as:
this is not good. did she find out i was staring at her? (that is, i wonder if she found out i was staring at her)

じろじろis a mimetic word used when someone stares at someone else
ばれるmeans to be found out (something that you shouldn't be doing)
ちゃった is a contraction of てしまった
be sure to look at how to use the form ~てしまう to express emotion

いっけね. this is my guess, but i believe it's supposed to be the colloquial form of いけない

Looks spot on to me (not that I am any authority on the matter, but :P).

Depending on the level of emotion, I would TL it to either
"Oh no, did she notice me staring...?"
or
"Shit! She saw me checking her out, didn't she?".
