For love interests - ABSOLUTELY NO. They are fine when voicing underage boys though. But a woman voicing a male above the age of 18 is just incomprehensible and looks like some producer tried to push a specific voice actress at all cost. :redcard: [Legacy roles where the character ages from...

They can only replace the very self-inserty ones, with rudimental plots and no interactions between characters other than the LI and [your self-insert]. Otome games that tell stories will be fine, so don't worry.
