Do you prefer having Otomo (Fluffy Mascot/Animal Companion) in Otome?

Personally I love them especially the talking one! for example Tamao (the Bakeneko) from Tengoku Struggle and his shenanigans with the LI, the "I'll bit your ball if you don't behave" bit XD

I love all the fluffy companions stuff in otome game. I love their sounds and noise that they make. It cheer me up a lot. I wish I have that too in real life. I especially like one of Ls was one of the mascot character and he was secret route. It was really funny and one of the best route to finish. I believes its from cupid paradise. It was lovely.

i love love love them sm!! especially Radie, he's such a lil cute and cheeky ball of pink fur... i could most definetely pinch his cheeks forever and ever!!! His sass knows no measure and that's one thing that i like about his character. I hated the route in which they made him human, like, he's basically the father figure of the heroine, it's messed up to have him as a LI.

I think it can be very endearing and helps loosen any tension! Also, it is like having a trusted companion, so I would say I prefer it over having none! :)

I don't think I play that many otome games with mascots or companions. But come to think of it, maybe ones like Orion from Amnesia or Juli from Brothers Conflict (Juli is animal companion, but if I remember correctly, he's also an LI?).

I don't really mind them, but if the mascot is annoying, I'll probably get irritated lol

I don't mind them while they're not annoying lol. I find that sometimes I just don't vibe with them.

It depends. Ever since genshin impact i'm a bit wary of mascot lol, paimon is annoying all she can do is yapping and then there's aether/lumine who almost never talk (idk for now i already quit genshin around 2 or 3 years ago tbh) count wuwa too with abby but i think abby less annoying hmm. i haven't played olysoi but i know the game have mascot and i don't mind plus it is cute. Maybe if it's isn't speak human language then i'm fine with it.

Yes, definitely. I love adorable animals, especially when they're fluffy and super cute. If an otome gives me a little animal companion to accompany me throughout the story, I'm already sold.

I prefer them without a voice and just looking cute depending on the story, but I think Tama really fit nicely into the atmosphere of Tengoku Struggle and I didn't mind him as a character. There's not much, but from all the games I've played, all of them were a really nice addition. Best part is when they get their own merch lol. My favorite is probably Campanella from Cendrillon palikA (.◜ω◝.)

i love them a lot a lot if theyre like little critters or creatures ^^ in temirana we had benetti and for olysoi we had daifuku both of whom i loved dearly so very much !!!! cuteness above all !!! i was also a big fan of chii in cupipara since the scenes where he was used for his cuteness and electric charge to destress were sooo adorable <3
