It depends, if you want a long story with decent build up, then yes, if you're just looking for a quick fap, then no. I'd personally recommend his latest game "理性の帆が裂けるとき" I think it's a great showcase of how much his art has improved over the years. If you end up enjoying that, since his games tend to follow a similar formula, I think you might also want to check out some of his older works, like Kinkomugi.
