The 上級乙女 is a higher rank and is much harder to obtain than 乙女

If we don't give people the higher rank first, it will take them forever to achieve anything higher than 乙女.

I could remove 上級乙女 for you, but you are unlikely to gain上級乙女 again if I do so (it's really taking forever)

For the 乙女, it is much easier to obtain, but for new member, you either eligible for fast path (14 days) or you don't (30 days). all duration are minimum duration.
