Moving on to a different topic I found the true ending devoided of true development within the main trio. There is nearly no approaching to the subject of the betrayal and the emotional involment of the previous ch. with the antagonist, seems void because it's not resolved non brought into conversation. After seen that they were so deeply entangled with them that Celis even doubted her feelings for Noah when confronting them with the ones for Edwyn the ending seems superfluous and that deprives intensity to the overall feeling of ntr.

Just some trivia. While I was watching some Hololive stream talking about how some members are into NTR fetish (Netorare and Netorase specifically), I stumbled upon some YT comments on the vid discussing the reason why NTR is popular in Japan and most of the answers, as I would expect from normies, are "because NTR got the best art" and "NTR fans usually relate themselves to the Netori guys". For the female side, bonkers. The entire premise of Danny getting into the wife's pants was she wanted to stop Danny from making a move on the pre-teen (less than 10 year old) looking loli. So she's "stepping up" to jerk, suck, and fuck to "protect" her. What? If I tried to do what Danny did, I'll get kicked out of my homestay instantly. The wife will call the husband, the husband will either come home and kick my ass. Or the wife will just lock the door and call the cops when I go to school. So another example of dumb story turning me off rather than POV.
Another is the art being unrealistically ugly: In QOS ♠ Wife [RJ358957] that was just shared above has the woman with the ugliest pair of tits I've seen. They look like the fat whale at Walmart that you find here in America that can't get off their scooter. It's like: Do these artists not know what beautiful breasts look like? I watch Japanese porn so I know their pornstars have nice breasts. Globally every plastic surgeon that does breast implants have a universal sense of perfect breast. There's a very mathematically sound shape with nipples point slightly upwards and them being symmetrical and round. A simple google of "breast female breasts" do NOT have fat cow tits. So why do devs do this? I can't help but think that they're incapable and incompetent and hence I don't even want to know about their writing if they don't have basic symmetry in their head. So, why would I care if that QOS game is netori or netorare, it's not good either way.

I agree with most of what you said, although sometimes i have to turn my head off to enjoy a game (Homestay is a good example because of exactly what you said, i mean like hello FBI-chan here xD?), on the other hand blackmail is used a lot because sadly it works in RL, personally i like drugs, blackmail, mind control, etc if used well, blackmail is the best example i can give, as in a bad example of blackmail is "i have this photo of you fucking/sucking or OMG is this KISSING your completely legal* boyfriend ?!" *i add legal because if it was something like a teacher x student then there is room for blackmail*, but a good one would be evidence of a crime wether real or fabricated (false charges can be just as damaging).
Art is ironically more important as a turn off for me too, i have played and enjoyed games (or managas) with bad art but that it isn't eye cancer inducing xD, but some games with "good" art turn me off when the proportions are just ridiculous for the theme or setting.

I always read NTR works as third-party viewer. Rarely doing self-insert. Maybe because most NTR i enjoy focused on corruption of heroine. That's why Sanbun, Sanagi, and Takeda works is my favorite.
Alright, from what I gathered, it seems that the general consensus is, regardless of the type of NTR, people will enjoy the content from a 3rd party view as long as the "corruption" is done well. I think this has more to do with "Artist's preference" rather than incompetency. I can assure you that most of those artists are very capable of creating something that meets your preference, but the reason why they don't is because they're not interested in doing it in the first place, regardless of how much money it will make them. Artists in particular create their art out of passion, each will adhere to a style that is conform to their interest first before taking into account the public's opinion. Said passion can often be exaggerated, however that exaggeration is exactly why I find it interesting since it opens up myrriad of varieties for various type of people to enjoy, even more so for an all-rounder like me. Artists will deprive themselves of their individuality and then get alienated if they always go according to what others say. You can see how Takeda Hiromitsu got fed up with keeping on creating Vanilla works, not because these didn't make him enough money (on the contrary, it should), but because he just wasn't interested. Same thing with Mogudan who used to draw slim girl, but converted to far thiccer proportion. It's all about personal taste in the end

Btw, here's a NTR recommandation, "The Senior Class" or "Joleobban" in korean, an hour and half long adult korean-made movie with a semi-3D animation. I didn't watch it in full yet but I can tell after a quick look that it will catch your interest as it did mine.

I can share a little what i like about "Netorare". First, with some exceptions, i do not enjoy Netori. It has to be Netorare. I think the reason is that Netori is more of a self insert story into the stealer. It feels very narrow in its perspective. A good Netorare for me gives insight to all parties. I enjoy a good ntr mystery story told throw the eyes of the one who gets cheated on. Then when i later can see the whole story, there i mostly get a good mix between the stolen subject and the stealer. Thats at least is my ideal fantasy. So yeah, i am a 3rd party viewer as well.
But maybe it is also a little a masocitic fantasy. Because i like it when the stealer is better at sex. When the girlfriend/wife enjoys it more then with the mc. When he has the bigger dick (even if it doesnt make any sense). And mostly, the fact that he achieves his goals despite the fact that he only has bad ulterior motives. One of my most enjoyable "stealer" is the one who plays the nice guy and manipulating the relationship between mc and his girl/wife. He does not need rape or blackmailing. Just lying and let the mc look bad while he plays the knight in shining armor. Sadly, most ntr stories chose the easy way with rape and bm. I do not enjoy either of it. Especially rape is just plain bad. But seeing the relationship going down, the girl transforming into a sex addicted nympho and the stealer grinning because he has achieved full victory, while the mc is depressed af.... that hurts alot. But damn does this pain turning me on. So thats the reason why i think it is a masochistic fantasy. Maybe for some it is actually the opposite and it is even a sadistic one. But i personally feeling some emotional pain. Or atleast i did at some point. I consumed to much of this stuff. It mostly dulled my senses for it.
I also enjoy the corruption part. I generally enjoy some corruption, even without any ntr elements. But that is solely defined by the quality of it. But i think you have to in order to enjoy ntr. Its a major part of it.

Pretty much this. I love Type-A NTR because usually it ends with the protagonist losing out against someone who's better in some way. If the protagonist decides to better himself without the FMC or decides to conduct some revenge then it makes the story all the more better.
I've read and seen so many NTR games/writing that I'm dulled to the betrayal/sex scene but the story itself is still what keeps me reading- especially if the story continues after the MC finds out about the cheating (not netorase). That's what I love about the genre. There's not a lot of stories out there that have that sort of betrayal. You get all these vanilla porn games and VNs where all the FMCs are instantly lusting after the protagonist and love him but you rarely read a story where the FMC has her own preferences. Wouldn't that be nice? However, that sort of game wouldn't sell or be received very well since people play adult games to feel good about the MC creating a harem.
