In terms of masochism, if we're talking the first MC then there are a few scenes where he shows masochistic tendencies but its nothing major and he's mostly just into NTR. The MC from the second game goes full masochist and his wife even calls him a masochistic cuck during a bunch of the late scenes (still sucks that there's only 13 scenes). Furthermore, both MCs talk so they aren't mute.
There aren't really any scenes that are specifically like the one where the netori dude uses the heroine to bang a heroine, but the netori dudes usually do whatever they want with the wife. The wife will also do stuff for the netori guys that she never does for the MC like anal and rimjobs. Furthermore there is a scene where the wife goes on a training trip with both her and the MC knowing she'll be sexually harassed there and the MC believes that's all that happened during the trip. In an extra scene we find out that the wife was serving as a member of some old dude's harem for three days straight. There's a bunch of other secrets she keeps from the MC but its clear that she doesn't do it out of bad will. There's also pretty long scenes like the one you talked about, with the second to last scene being a pretty long gangbang (which was possibly my favorite scene in the game) and the prince does have something similar.
I actually love the swapping in the swapping game. Netorase and swapping are my favorite parts of NTR, not that I don't like the rest. I do understand the cuck swapping thing to not exactly have the best scenes in the game but the relationship allowed for a bunch of fun scenes. I don't really mind Suzuya making the games the way he does since they're usually pretty different as a result. Personally it feels like his games are made for me but its true that they're pretty light-hearted and some endings leave a lot to be desired. That branching game idea does sound interesting and I wouldn't be surprised if Suzuya tries something similar given his tendency to make each game somewhat different from the last.
Playing the game without skipping while using a machine translator? around 7 to 8 hours. I skipped tiny bits so it took me 6 hours. Gameplay isn't difficult but its there. I ended up grinding in the beginning of the game because I wanted to buy everyone the best armor and weapons available. Noticed them becoming power creeped pretty fast and just skipped most of the late encounters. This ended up biting me in my ass in the final 2 boss fights. Its mostly ignorable but farming for 5 minutes at the end game should get you strong enough to beat the bosses. The actual pacing between the gameplay and NTR scenes isn't that bad. In fact, there's some scenes where you get tasks on the field and doing them gets one of the netori guys some time alone with Sera. I'd say its mostly well paced since there's a good amount of scenes. There may be a time or two when the story takes priority but its usually straight to NTR right after that.
