I absolutely hate it. Mind control represents everything I hate in an NTR work. NTR to me should be slow, progressive and by the end of the game, the heroine's feelings towards the NTR guy should be genuine and authentic in some way.
I want to see slow and gradual signs that the heroine starts to honestly like the NTR guy more and more and I want to see her body and heart get conquered.
Mind control removes all that build-up, honest feeling and sense of conquest.

So I actually went back and read my thread I created on hongfire nearly 5 years ago (btw its creepy that your stalking me or Sei on an NTR thread) which BTW is like the last time I think I even mentioned him. Turns out I actually stand by almost everything I said then. I certainly didn't want to claim knowing Sei (back then) for exactly this reason though (you).

Moving back onto the subject of NTR, I hate mind control themes in almost all game settings involving eroge.
I don't mind it sometimes in classrooms settings if the one girl ISN'T being controlled, but is forced to go along with everybody else per teachers "new hentai" lesson plan (I recall one game like this).
Unfortunately for the most part almost all mind control games keep the girls 'locked in" and they don't remember anything after. From an NTR point well...this completely defeats the NTR aspect for the girl feeling ashamed and it basically relies on her BF or husband to watch (thats if its from their pov) to feel the NTR. Usually though, your the one mind controlling the girls and forcing them to cheat, and to me this doesn't feel very NTR because for me at least a good NTR story needs to be felt as by the victim to get all the "feelings' NTR provides.
Regardless mind control has always felt cheap like they couldnt' think of something more clever and there ARE clever ways to do mind control too.
Although I must note its the same eroge companies that do mind control games or themes, so its not like super popular and thats why those who do like mind control buy from those companies.

Anybody else catch OVA それでも妻を愛してる2 ＃2 that came out recently? I really liked the ending with the dog ears/tail but seriously whats up with all the fat guys NTR routes they chose for OVA's? I guess the message is that she's fucking somebody so unlikable that its humiliating? But honestly isn't NTR more about having the girl stolen by the better guy usually? Maybe I just don't like watching ugly cartoon people having sex lol.
I still didn't enjoy the second game in the series as much, although I loved the female art design for the wife. I just felt the Shota angle felt weak and how easily she was lead into NTR. I have to admit I like the second games OVA better though. Still as a game, its probably the best NTR title since the first one that that Team Bitters has released, so many just kept disappointing me.
If I only had ONE complaint about the first game, is I'd have liked to (have seen) a moment when you see your wife walking into a love hotel with another man like on the cover. That would have been cool.

They did a really bad job in the OVAs in terms of condensing the story too. People who've never played the game were confused as hell when they watched it because there was so much going on. People who did play the game knew that the story was just mushed together and didn't follow the pace of the VN.
I wish they'd done the playboy teacher route because it was the most brutal route IMO. Plus, if you look at the cover for episode 2, it's literally Marika and the teacher fucking in the gym equipment room! If you're gonna make a cover based off of a scene in the VN, at least include all the characters involved in it!

Author said that it seems a lot of people are having a great misunderstanding. The guy in the CGs he posted is actually the main protagonist, and scenes are vanilla.
I swear if this new game isn't ntr...

My favorite NTR doujin to this day is Haha to Ikemen x Boku to Zurineta by Hana Hook. The feeling of your mother and childhood crush stolen away from another guy was deliciously painful. Add the insults and the voyeur aspect, it was amazing.

Me too the first game, is MUCH superior, even with more netori guy, Soredemo tsuma scenario feels longer and better than 2. Soredemo 2 just feels......very rushed! Maybe because they doesn't give alternative ending for each route. So far i only like megane boy ending because it has prologue, and NTR scenes feels more "NTR".
But i like Soredemo 2 OVA ending combining three story ending, and somehow makes it better! They combining Fatman route, with megane boy ending. And i don't mind if they give another episode, because OVA ending has cliffhanger, but stills looks good.

In the web of the jinsei's cosplay game there are three characters, so there has to be some kind of ntr even though they are not saying it.
First Kanobitch that is semi vanilla, now Cosplay pure vanilla, and after that they already confirmed that they are gonna add vanilla endings in the tennis game and the red haired game, ah, and don't forget that they said they want to do netorase too.
Man, I feel like companies are slowly moving away from ntr, and it doesn't help that netorase has become so fucking popular lately, all the companies want to do netorase now :(

Lately Atelier Sakura games are usually available 2-3 weeks after the release date, although there are some exceptions. I guess that one will be available next week.
I hope their game for this month is one of the exceptions, since I'm pretty hyped about it.

.....I don't mind vainilla endings in netorare, it can reinforce the ntr if done well, also my freak out was because i thought the Tennis game was the one being talked about. Wich should be outright imposible given the information so far (obviously netori guy, change in apppearence, etc)

No, I'm not translating anything right now, I've been pretty sick for the last three weeks, and I still am.
I'm getting better but I'm not fully recovered yet, I'm waiting for an ultrasound appointment but it's taking forever.
Either way, I already picked a few mangas but I don't know when I'll translate them, just don't have strength right now.

Ok i know enough to be a little worried about anything that can get you sick for more than 1 week and moreover needs and ultrasound to figure out what it is, hopefully is "only" a gallstone, those may hurt like hell but its not life threatening....that i know.
