You're not wrong but please put game name in topic for easy looking.
Windows 10 not full support with VN game.Some game is support 7 and 8.1.Try use compatibility mode like down to windows 7

the game is amakano second season right?

picture on the left inform you that amakano season 2 append2 will be installed

picture on the right inform you that the main game amakano season 2 not installed

did you already install the main game? because the one you install on the pic is append or additional story of the game

Spark Browser.I see it already.It come from baidu in china.I think you should uninstall and use firefox,chrome and edge.Spark browser is from chromium and modify many function but doesn't work well.Download i recommend utorrent 2.2.1 and Internet Download manager(new version stuck with seperate segment bug and file not full from link with 0.xxKB)
