LineBarel isn't it... hm it's very familiar Mecha neither Buddy Complex and from Gundam series not possible... but the red coloring frame i have seen it somewhere...

i remember the characters are the the "reserve" pilots and the characters where very close design with the Gundam Seed & Fafhner's characters... i know that anime i will remember the name... I remember the guy was in love with a girl from the other side and also it was some kind of special...
