SUMMARY

On the way to their new home, 10-year old Chihiro Ogino’s family stumbles upon a deserted theme park. Intrigued, the family investigates the park, though unbeknown to them, it is secretly inhabited by spirits who sleep by day and appear at night. When Chihiro’s mother and father eat food from a restaurant in the street, angry spirits turns them into pigs. Furthermore, a wide sea has appeared between the spirit world and the human one, trapping Chihiro, the sole human, in a land of spirits. Luckily for her though, a mysterious boy named Haku appears, claiming to know her from the past. Under his instructions, Chihiro secures a job in the bathhouse where Haku works. With only her courage and some new found friends to aid her, Chihiro embarks on a journey to turn her parents back to their original forms and return home.

I'm unable to extract the movie. It keeps stopping at the end of the first part and tells me that the archive is broken.

Filefactory. This happened when I downloaded DBZ Movie 9: Bojack Unbound as well. I'm unable to extract anything split. Help.

That suggests whatever you use to unpack the files is having issues. So let me ask you a second time - what program do you use? There's been several people who had problems with, for example, 7z but could extract the files perfectly fine with WinRar.

I see. I use 7-zip. Sorry. I must've missed the part about you asking about the program. I'll give it a shot with WINRAR, then. Strange, though.

Nope. Didn't make any difference. Still breaks off at the end of part 1.

Okay, I renamed the extensions as *filename*.part01.rar and henceforth, after which it worked with 7-zip. But it didn't with WinRar.

Just tested the files - they're definitely working.
The only possible reason for the error I can think of is if your internet connection is unstable and data corruption occurred (or the download got dropped). Try using programs like IDM or JDownloader to mitigate the instability.
