Edit: Once I closed the game and restarted it, the double character error went away. It hasn't come back yet, so it seems to work.

Game is running in 32 bit, so ITH64 can't hook it. Use ITH 3.0 (32bit).

and it solved with tak decoder

use ttaencoder convert it to .wav file
