But my sig isn't Ecchi all the parts ar coverd!

Hmm.... Yeah, you can quiet ecchi materials use, just it shouldn't shown exposed genitas (what this actually hentia were, what this forbidden is)...

Well it's not so Ecchi if it was ecchi there sould be more revial body parts.
It's more alluring rather than ecchi.

i am not so interest about the artist rather the girl her self as design it's been a long time since i saw an image a character and feel in deeply love!

Nop it's isn't an Ecchi! Ecchi would mean that example her niples of her breasts. That rough design here is very normal. Though there are people who might acctualy thing that is ecchi BUT it's not!
It a very adorable concept. Though i would like to use more elements like chocolate (heart) shapped ones... to give more the expression of valentine.
