The DLsite game I found is Kigagiga and it appears to be all-ages (it's actually from 2017, oops). There's also 僕たちは春に別れる on Freem!, which is from 2021 and has only 2 characters ;b

I think you might have made a mistake with https://www.anime-sharing.com/threads/1894786

There's 4 Rapidgator links, but only 3 KatFile links. When trying to extract the files with WinRar, it asks for file number 4?

You're missing file number 4 for Katfile it seems.
