I got a bit curious about that as well, so I decided to do a quick search in vndb for "opposite gender voiced" male characters, as well as "female VA + male character". From a quick look it seems like there's only some danseimuke titles in DLsite (mostly shota/otokonoko nukige...) launched after like, 2010 ;b
There's one 2019 title with a shota that I think it's actual BL on DLsite though, and one game on Freem too

interesting! so there are some non-danseimuke bl with female seiyuu that were released recently? is the one you mentioned r18?
i do know that danseimuke devs love their female-voiced traps/shota, which is why i personally dont consider them proper bl games..:"3 i mean, their charas mostly look and sound like girls, and even on jp side theyre called "heroines"!
