you'll need a switch emulator -- you can look one up like EDEN and then have to install the firmware and prod/title keys

Are you asking how to upload it on your switch? You either need a emulator ( eg: yuzu) to read the file (if playing on the computer) or you need a modified (eg: tinfoil) version of the earlier Switch console.
