Windows 10 Locale Question

Greetings Anime Sharing Community!
Long time lurker and frequent user of your downloads section reporting in.
Due to my hard drive dieing on me yesterday, i was forced to upgrade to Windows 10 and start completely fresh.
However, some of my Visual Novels survived on my external drive, but i cant seem to run them anymore.
I'm simply wondering, how would i go about getting things like Custom Maid 3D2, Soukoku no Arterial, MaterialBrave, Fortissiom EXS/Akkord Bsusvier and so forth to run?

Can't you just set everything up in Control Panel/Region?

If you need emulation for whatever reason, Locale Emulator and NTLEA still works even on Windows 10.

Sometimes older programs may not run on Windows 10. You might try changing the compatibility settings for the program.
